Recipe below 🫶🏼 INGREDIENTS Per container (1 serving): 1 cup large flake oats 3/4 cup soy milk (or other non-dairy milk) 1 tbsp maple syrup 1/2 cup frozen raspberries 1 tsp hemp seeds 3 tbsp almond butter 2 tbsp crushed pecans METHOD 1. In a jar or container, add the oats, soy milk and maple syrup and mix. 2. Top with frozen raspberries, hemp seeds, almond butter and crushed nuts. 3.
