I have worked many accidents and have never seen law enforcement leave until everything was cleaned up and towed out. Crazy!

highway 6 in Spanish fork,UT, at the summit, they leave trucks there when they crash in the winter. they literally can't get to them. too dangerous.

it's caution taped meaning the accident had already been dealt with and they will come back to clean the scene when conditions are right or better

I worked for FedEx. I have never seen then just leave a trailer with packages in it somewhere.
