oh no!! lol agree with the magnesium glycinate vs citrate, but also did you drink a whole cup? I usually recommend just 2 oz of cherry juice.

You probably used the wrong kind of magnesium. Magnesium glycinate is what you are supposed to use which promotes relaxation, and the other magnesium acts like a laxative

You might have grabbed some magnesium made for digestion! There’s different kinds I think or different supplements with specific uses. There’s calming magnesium and there’s digestive magnesium.

Thats like saying don’t drink l coffee because of the laxative effect. Everyone’s body is different. What works for some may not work for others. That’s with any recipe or food/drink 🤷♀️
