@skydiving_official: 🤩 🪂🤘🏻 Enjoy with @skydiving_official✅ . . . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ . . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Posted @naila I used to be afraid of heights ⚠️I was so convinced of it, I actually I used to get vertigo and want to vomit when I stood on a balcony. My first jump I was convinced I was making a mistake but I really wanted to be someone who wasn’t afraid. Fear used to be a big part of my emotions. And yes I still feel a little nauseated I’m not gonna lie but my pivotal point was when I questioned my own beliefs about myself. I used to think extreme sports are for people who just didn’t value life as much as everyone else. But actually as I get into this I see that it’s the opposite. The second you let go and leave the plane you get a feeling of truly living. You build connections with other skydivers and you bond over the incredible surreal experience hanging upside down thousands of feet in the sky … and appreciating truly how small we all are. I think what I’m trying to say is there are lessons in everything even in the things we think we don’t relate to… Don’t stay in what’s comfortable. That shit is too easy. Do what feels hard and I promise you you’ll recreate yourself in the process. Thank you to my coach @piltsa_420 🤍 #skydiving #skydiver #womenempowerment #womeninspiringwomen
