In a glass, add ice, vanilla syrup, milk. Then matcha. Mix together Matcha cold foam 2 oz milk 2 oz heavy cream 1/2 - 1 tsp matcha powder 1 tsp or to taste sugar Add all ingredients besides matcha in a bowl then sift matcha into the bowl.
