I have that and still use the disposable pads. The silicone brush does not scrub as well

I have a silicone I hate it, it does not scub, especially that mold that gets under rim.

I haven’t tried it, but I saw that Tushy has a disposable cleaner that uses coconut husks if looking for an alternative

Anything that drips toilet water into a bowl is NOT it. 🤮 Throw out the toilet water with the Clorox pad.
