walmart has a 10 degree sleeping bag for $40 would be alot better then blankets until you insulate

why don't u only try and heat a small area like under the loft? Ur trying to heat up to much.Hang a blanket and separate it.or get a wood stove

try making some blanket walls for now stay within the blankets as a smaller room divider then put the heat source in that spot n it will stay warmer in that one area
