I’m usually not one to get too fancy with my poppers, but this worked so well!!!  Lil Smokey Stuffed Smoked Jalapeno Poppers made on the @GE Profile Indoor Smoker! The perfect side or appetizer for any game day or holiday this season!!  Lowes currently has the best deal of this smoker if you’re looking for one yourself!!  6-12 Jalapenos, cored out. 1 8oz brick of softened cream cheese 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese  1/4 cup @Al Frugoni Chimichurri rub/mix 6-12 little smokies 6-12 slices of bacon, normal cut 1. Start by preheating the @geprofile Indoor Smoker to 180-200°F before coring out your jalapeños and setting them aside. Then we can make the filling by combining the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and chimichurri seasoning.  2. Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a piping bag, and if needed you can use the microwave to soften it first! Then fill each jalapeno half way with the filling.  3. Grab one lil Smokey per popper, and carefully push it down into the popper. Then push down and smooth out any excess filling that comes up, and feel free to add more to the top if needed.  4.  Lay out the bacon, and wrap each popper from end to end! A full slick of bacon should work,  but use more if needed.  5. Place on the preheated smoker, and smoke for 50-60 mins. Then raise the heat to 300°F for 25-40 mins or until the bacon is cooked through and crispy! 6.
