also for cPTSD the events aren't usually "big" events (war, assault, etc) but instead a bunch of stressors and "smaller" traumatic events (as explained by my psychiatrist, simplified)

I'm 22 freashly dine with therapy and the conclusion is I probably have adhd, autism, bpd, ocd and so on. but they can't be sure cuz I 100% have cptd-

its also often at prime developmental times of childhood in cptsd even if its not more than traumas that would cause ptsd in a fully developed brain
