after a certain amount of time the vehicle needs to be registered in the state. 30 days for non commercial.

What kills me is he didn't press the issue on the forcing him to sign a ticket that was not explained to him, and even when it was, was intentionally misleading while trying to slip speeding in there.

I would sue the state. If your car is registered in a different country then they don’t have jurisdiction on your vehicle.

That wasn't even the main problem. the cop tried to sneak in speeding on the ticket and wouldn't answer any questions regarding the ticket
