@thelocalproject: Drawing from the local palette, Archier has designed the exterior of Court House out of timber as well as added a galvanised roof to meet heritage requirements. Throughout the interior, Archier has emphasised painted structural and insulated panels for the walls, while a ceiling lined with local timber creates warmth inside. Complementing the home are floor-to-ceiling glass windows and concrete floors, which, during most mornings, is heated up by the northern sun. Additionally, the home features a heat-recovery ventilation system that allows the home to feel fresh throughout the year. Head to the link in bio to watch the full video on The Local Project.
