@leanadeeb: super easy meal prep 🤍 ingredients: Meal prep :) all recipes below : #1 Pb choc overnight oats: •1/2 c oats •1 c almond milk •1 scoop @Bloom Nutrition bchoc banana protein •1 tbsp peanut butter •dark chocolate chips (Place in fridge overnight, serve with Greek yogurt and banana on top) #2 chicken & tabbouleh Tabbouleh salad: •1 bunch of parsley chopped very finely •2 tomatoes diced •1 bunch of green onions chopped v finely •1 bunch of mint chopped v finely •1 -2 c bulgur or quinoa mixed in •1-2 lemon •1 tbsp olive oil •salt and pepper Chicken seasoning: •cilantro, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, chimichurri dry seasoning (grill chicken) #3 lettuce burgers w sweet potato fries •4-6 patties of lean beef, season with salt pepper and olive oil , I also added butter when they were cooked into pan •Peel, and chop 2 sweet potatoes. Season with olive oil and salt - place in the oven on 390 for 20 minutes and flip halfway through •pair with lettuce and onion of choice Hope you enjoy🫶🏼 #bloompartner
