I do rawfoods and mountain run to help my lipedema. It's really painful. Gotta give up all of man's food, all chemicals, meats, sugars and dairy.

What about HRT for peri menopause can you take that ? Low does estrogen and progesterone? Or is it counter indicated in lipedema
