@homemadebyirene: 🍳United Eggs of America🇺🇸 Hawaii Edition! 🌺 My amazing friend Sydney ( @whatcouldbebutter ) whose family is from Hawaii helped me with the inspo and execution of this amazing Spam musubi / Hawaiian mac salad deviled egg!! Thank you, Syd 🥹 We had an amazing time making it, and an even better time eating it! If you want to make your own - try this: • 6 hard-boiled eggs • 3 hefty tbsp @bestfoodsmayonnaise • 1 tbsp strained dill relish • 1 1/2 tsp rice wine vinegar • 2 tsp chopped peas 🫛 • 2 tsp grated carrot 🥕 • 2 tsp grated onion (with the juice) • 1/4 cup cooked @barilla Ditalini • 1/3 block of @SPAM®️Brand • 1/2 cup of soy sauce • 2 tbsp granulated sugar • Dash of furikake Mix your yolks, mayo, relish, veg, and pasta together! Caramelize your Spam and move off to the side while creating your glaze with soy sauce and sugar! Add Spam back in, glaze, and remove. Add in eggs, flat side down and cook over medium for about a minute! Wrap in nori strips and let set flat side down. Once cool flip over and tuck in nori ends into the white divots! Scoop your yolk mixture into your whites! Top with your cooled, glazed Spam! Add some furikake for a little extra fun! Eat nine like I did and get a tummy ache!
