@myhealthydish: Here’s a copycat recipe for steamed Shrimp Rice Rolls using rice paper as a shortcut! It’s one of my favorite Dim Dum dishes to order, but a little complicated and tedious to make at home. So here’s a simple version with just shrimp, green onions and rice paper. The ingredients for the sauce is 2 tbsps soy sauce, two tbsps of oyster sauce, 2 tbsps of sesame oil, 1 tbsp of sugar and 1/4 cup of water.
