Add the remaining milk, butter, sugar, and egg to the yeast mixture and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. 3.	For the cream, heat the milk, then remove it from the stove before it boils. Mix sugar, egg yolks, and cornstarch. Slowly stir in the hot milk, then pour everything back into the pot and thicken over medium heat. Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla extract, then cover and let cool. Once cooled, fold in the whipped cream. 4.	Divide the dough into 12–13 balls (approx. 35 g each), roll into long strips, and wrap around greased aluminum cones. Brush with beaten egg yolk and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. 5.	After removing from the oven, cover the horns with a clean cloth and let them cool completely to keep them soft. 6.	Once cooled, remove them from the molds and fill with the vanilla cream.
