once his foot touched outside the rope, he is classed as outsude the field. Thus he can only rouch the ball once he has made sole contact withing the rope for it to stay alive. This should be a six.

That's a 6 and it's a absolute travesty that it's given out, once he landed outside the boundary he cannot touch the ball again, regardless of him being in the air.

I’d love to know the textbook answer. My instinct is 6. The ball crossed the boundaty and was thrown back in field by a fielder also over the boundary. For me it’s 6
