In a pressure cooker, add your soaked mung beans along with your water and spices. Cook for about 30 mins-1 hr until thoroughly softened. 2. In a deep pan/pot, saute your whole spices in ghee. Add in your onions and fry until slightly brown. Add in ginger garlic paste along with tomato puree and cook down down about 3-5 mins. 3. Add in your spice powders, and cook for about 1-2 mins until fragrant.  4. Add back in your mung beans, bring to a simmer and add in your dried kasuri methi leaves, heavy cream, butter and season to taste with salt.
