43 and told it was normal as I am “young” to have level 4, extremely dense and went to a female dr for 2nd opinion and told I need additional scans every other year in addition to my mammogram .

I had pain for a long tine after. Needless to say when i received letter on coming for check up i refused. So now i do ultrasound each time i visit
