@tps_bikehart: From Tuesday out on the road when we got a light dusting but very frigid cold temperatures… i do not like riding when its this cold as black ice is a big enemy and I’ve learned my lesson the hard way years ago on my bike with a slip and fall and tear of a ligament. I don’t mind walking for patrol too but bike really is the most effective way to do this job. Anyway, here is me enforcing a couple streets for sidewalk/ and no standing zone. sidewalks are for pedestrians and not for large semi truck tires. I always think of the visually impaired or someone with mobility issues trying to navigate around something like this.
