My hospital in Minneapolis is more like the LA hospital than the Wisconsin hospital and I can drive to Wisconsin in less than an hour.

Also, as a minority, it is safer to work with other minorities. White states tend to be extremely racist and so are your coworkers...😭💯

I'm from the DC area and it's like LA in terms of diversity. live in Minneapolis now and the diversity is no where near the east coast level
