I’ve had constipation since week 18. It’s been a blast🙄. I’m now 30 weeks and it’s fully still present. Had to buy stool softeners and enema.

I teach 8:30am-1pm with 5 minute passing periods. The struggle is so real. My squatty potty and I have a date after work every day.

Try a prenatal with a chelated iron (ie ferrous Bisglycinate) as iron can worse constipation! Always talk to your doc before starting a new supplement

Ended up in the ER a couple days ago at 33 weeks because it was so bad, I hadn’t gone in two weeks and the pain was making me vomit 😅

AGREE. I learned that the milk I was having with my cereal was probably the cause. I switched to an apple a day and immediately it was fixed. Now I go daily or every other day and I’m 33 weeks!
