@cookingwithsaraht: I’m making a healthy recipe every day for the first 30 days of 2024 and here’s the next in my series: Brussels sprouts and sausage with balsamic glaze Slice up 3 links of sausage of your choice, I used the Chardonnay apple sausage. Sauté it and set it aside. In the same pan, sauté your halved Brussels sprouts, stirring frequently, and then leave them face down until they’re crispy. Add back your sausage and season with about a teaspoon of garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
