I ended up using these to make In-N-Out at home & it was so fun (I’m going to uploaded a video tomorrow for this😌) Recipe - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of warm milk, 1 tbsp of water, 1 tsp of active dry yeast, 1 tbsp of melted butter, 1 egg, and 1 tbsp of sugar. - Mix in 1 & 3/4 cups of all purpose flour and knead until a smooth dough forms (about 5 minutes) The dough should be slightly tacky, but if it’s too sticky to work with and knead, add 1-2 tbsp of all purpose flour when kneading. - Transfer the dough back to the mixing bowl and let it rise somewhere warm for 2 hours, or until fully doubled in size. I turn my oven on to 350F and let the dough sit on top of the oven where it’s warm! - Once the dough has risen, divide it into 4 equal pieces. Shape into buns and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. - Make an egg wash from 1 egg and 2 tsp of water. Brush the dough with the egg wash and then place on top of your oven while your preheat it to 375. - The buns should rise more and look puffy! Transfer to the oven and bake for 16-18 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. - Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days, or freeze! #homemadebread #hamburgerbuns #feedfeedbaking #fromscratch

I see in your directions you save active yeast but the packet you used is instant. If we use active yeast should be do the blooming step?
