I instantly knew it was the mehron metallic powders. That stuff gets everywhere and is sooo hard to remove. I’m so baffled someone would do this to their eyes😭

I remember I did my research on this and she's using a loose powder pigment and using some type of liquid to mix it. I r searched high and low for it and there's only blue,yellow,green and red eyedrop
