My CVS reduced staff and shut the drive through, forcing sick people to gather and wait inside their building. So ridiculous.

Companies are purposely under staffing. It's why I left a job I'd held for almost a decade. They refused to provide the payroll for adequate staffing.

I just seen a guy flip out on a pharm tech and the young guy was very sympathetic and said they were understaffed. People are so rude.

CVS has one employee in the front as cashier, manager, stocker and custodian. the pharmacist is there own tech and cashier as well. this has been the case for decades.
