Also when I say twice a week, that doesn’t have to be two days with ONLY glutes. Can work it in with quads and hamstrings as well ♥️

so if I'm doing 3×10 for hip trusts with the 2 warm up sets and then do a drop set sometimes or all the time depending on what exersise. is that okay? I normally have about 4 - 5 exersise that day.

Do you separate ur leg days? Because atm I do glute focus leg day then quad focus, but I end up just training glutes once a week which isn’t enough
