people talk a lot about the lack of sleep with a newborn but fail to mention the fear of going to sleep and then have something happen to the baby while you sleep. So i learn to just "sleep" lite🥺🥺

When my kids were tiny, parents with older kids said "it doesn't get easier, it just changes". They're 6 and 10 now. It's easier.
