It can be a vascular issue, vestibular, neurological, endocrine, or other reasons. I’ve had a full 308 dr appts and tests for my issue in a period of 2 years (not JUST for this but it is 1 of my many symptoms) but my brain fluid is blocked and I have brainstem compression so my story is a big larger than the more typical reasons, but it’s so wide spread it can be from literally anything. My brain fluid was blocked, then unblocked and it stopped, then it got reblocked and came back, so now I’m going on another neurosurgery and I hope it goes away again 🥲 Again I have a bigger issue but this is one of the worst things bc it’s embarrassing. Not saying my reason is your reason. But I’m searching tiktok bc it’s bad for me today lol.

happening to me too. I use roscecae cream. 💕 I can send you more deets😘💗 AZ sun really hit my skin hard and I the same thing at the begging and it'll just keep being their but the cream helps!!!

Happens so much for me. Randomly like I could be inside, outside, sitting, just waking up, going to bed, I can always feel it and it’s like my cheekbones get super flushed and my whole face is hot.

I have this problem and i get so hot that i get disoriented and it goes to my ears and neck i have no idea what it is. I wont have a fever but my cheeks get to 102

I feel like my face gets so red randomly, when I go out and come back indoors, my cheeks and ears for some reason become so red to the point I feel like they are burning when I touch with my hand, I also feel like pinching sensations in my face when that occurs, I hate it so much

Same here. I have an amazing nature path ND at is also a medical doctor she only works with women in premenopausal/menopausal. She told me this a symptom of perimenopause has to do with fluctuating estrogen / progesterone levels. Once I started to keep track I can clock it now almost to the day of when it will happen. Same with my phantom cigarette smoke smell. I really thought I had something really wrong with me. Hope this helps
