I have spikes on my handles (I got them on eBay) and once a cashier said “that would make it hard for anyone to help you” … that’s the point.

To continue, I have often just pushed their wheel chairs to help them, without asking the. I will ask them in future if they need help first.

I think you should get one of those novelty hand shockers hidden under the handle so they get a little surprise if they grab it.

I had someone “help” me off the bus with my walker.. they grabbed my walker & went to move it off the bus, while I was hanging onto it… 😳

when I was in a wheelchair I was so grateful for a push uphill. I broke 6 vertebrae & shattered both legs and needed all the help I could get ❤

i wish someone did that for me, i have to ask and get the help for 200 meter from home to store and back, but everyone i asked was glad to be hulp full 🖤🖤❤❤❤

People always try to lift the front of my wheelchair when my sister is helping get me up the stairs and it's so uncomfortable. Like PLEASE DONT LIFT ME 😭

If some one in wheel chair says no after you asks and are concerned let them know that if they need your help to ask and then wait til they get up the hill or whatever so that way if they ask you can
