I am obsessed with these Cheesy Garlic Bread Roll-Ups, and they make for a great appetizer or snack! It’s also super easy to customize them based on what you’re craving for at the moment. And you can add more cheese! Because of course, cheese makes everything better. Ingredients: * 6 slices of Thick Soft White Bread * 2 tbsp Butter * 2 clove of Garlic, chopped * 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped * 1/4 tsp oregano * 1/4 tsp red chili flakes * 1/4 tsp black pepper powder * Salt to taste * 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
 Instructions: * Add melted butter to a small bowl. Then add garlic, cilantro, salt, black pepper, oregano & red chili flakes and combine it. Now garlic butter is ready to use. * Slice the crusts off each slice of bread then roll them flat with a rolling pin. * Now brush the garlic butter evenly on each slice of bread. * Then add cheese on the each bread slice, then one by one tightly but carefully roll them up. Leave them seam-side-down so they don't unravel. * Add rolls to a dry non-stick pan seam-side-down over low heat. * Liberally brush each roll with the garlic butter. * Fry until golden all over and cheese gets melt properly. * Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
