Make sure to tag me when you make this recipe plz— I love seeing all of your recreations ☺️ ➡️ Recipe: Pad See Ew Serves 3-4 Ingredients— Beef marinate: - [ ] 1/2- 1lb sliced beef of choice, I use flank steak - [ ] 1 tbsp oyster sauce - [ ] 1/2 tbsp soy sauce - [ ] 1 tsp dark soy sauce - [ ] 1 tsp sugar - [ ] 1/2 tsp ground black pepper - [ ] 1/4 tsp baking soda - [ ] 2lbs fresh rice noodles, wide cut (1 pack) - [ ] 1/2lb Chinese broccoli - [ ] 3 eggs - [ ] 2 tbsp oyster sauce - [ ] 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce - [ ] 1 tbsp dark soy sauce - [ ] 1 tbsp sugar - [ ] 1/2 tbsp soy sauce - [ ] 1/2 tbsp seasoning sauce (or soy sauce but seasoning does change the flavor for the better!) - [ ] 1 tsp ground black pepper - [ ] 2-3 tbsp cooking oil, canola - [ ] +1/2 tbsp dark soy to coat noodles. 1. First marinate meat with all ingredients listed above and let it sit while you prepare the other ingredients. 2. Slice Chinese broccoli on a bias to about 1/4 inch thickness. Optional: steam Chinese broccoli with a splash of water in the microwave for 1 minute. Leave it uncovered. 3. Peel rice noodles making sure to keep them in long strands. Season with 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce and toss until noodles are evenly coated. 4. Heat pan to high heat and add 2-3 tbsp of cooking oil. Sauté garlic and beef until 90% cooked through. 5. Add noodles to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes to get a little bit of a char or golden color. Try not to break up the noodles too much when mixing by scooping and lifting noodles. Set aside in the pan. 6. On med-high heat, scramble eggs until 80% done and then toss with noodles and beef. 7. Add Chinese broccoli and sauce, mix until everything is evenly coated. Where are all these various soy sauces??? There are a few Asian grocery stores in town but when I ask about dark soy sauce they look at me like I’m crazy.

Please correct me if I'm wrong but the taste at home will never be the same as at a restaurant. The wok has to be so hot that it gives that caramelize umami sensation. If you don't have a gas stove
