An old trick I was taught years ago is to tap the gasket paper with a small hammer over the part and it will cut out the perfect shape

I did the same upgrade back in 2018 but to my surprise it was making less HP, found out that the stock TB did a venturi effect and the new TB didn’t.

put your gasket on the manifold and see if there's a lip. if so file it down to get even better flow

Tip, you can use a block of aluminium instead of a pencil for a faster more accurate way of marking the paper.
