Now i am not saying that you won’t get major benefit from these lifts because you will🤷♂️ But if you want to train optimally towards your muscle growth the risk to reward is just not worth it, at all🤕 Plus, if you don’t enjoy it there is always a great alternative to get the exact same benefits of it AND ENJOY YOUR WORKOUTS😀
