Honey eczema is barrier issue. You need a barrier.. ie moisture. Vaseline is best but you also need topical steroids.

I used steroids for about 15 years on and off, I would have one tube a year and I also have this now. It’s so helpful to know there are people out there who are the same, stay strong x

humidity is your friend! I never had tsw honestly but I get hormone induced eczema, and using herbal tea steam over a pot with a towel helps a ton!!
