Happened to me last year was squatting 340 after 3 reps my whole back and stomach was hurting like sharp pain in my back had to stop go home wasn’t able to go to the gym for a month full recovery took

I had a hernia when I was a child…Luckily I got surgery and got it fixed. But the scar will forever remain. But I don’t mind since no one sees it.🤷🏻♀️
