@idabergfoth: Week 1 update 💪🏼🫶🏻 Just a pure honest raw cut video that I intended to make a story of but.. here is the thing: I want you guys to get to know me. I want you to see how hectic life can get and that sometimes you won’t make the perfect lunch, the perfect workout, the perfect meeting, the perfect whatever….but you can still do your best. You can still show up. You can still be true to your habits and true to what it is you set up for yourself. Weight down a lbs or so, which it just water coming off which feels really nice. Tightening up just according to plan.
