Try gluing it after you fired it because I am in a ceramics class and the first time in the kill part of the face came off and I glazed it fired it again and then glued it with E6000 and let it set

you should get bisque fix. it is somewhat pricy but it works really well and you only use a little bit at a time!!

Heating up the piece before you reglaze helps a lot. Someone suggested a heat gun which works well or using a torch or putting in the oven at at a low temp for 5/10 mins.

Next time, reglaze by coating the glazed area first with a thin coat of liquid starch( like laundry starch) let that dry, and then re glaze. The starch will create a sticky surface for the glaze

I spray hairspray on before reglazing, it gives the glaze something to grip onto

Spray the piece with hairspray and it will stick, also dab the glaze on not brushing it on! Also you can fix the top with epoxy resin! 💗

if the top doesn't stay on just use super glue at the end it works rly well u might be able to see the Crack where ir broke bc sometimes I can but it will be back on. hope this helps 😊

I’ve learned that if you take a piece of sandpaper you can sand off some of the glaze and it will make it easier to repaint the glaze

If you have a heat gun you can pre heat the piece before reapplying glaze so it dries and sticks!!

An easier way to put glaze on it when it’s been already put Elmers glue on it who helped it stick

I learned that you can hear it up with a heat gun or 1.5 min in the microwave to help the glaze stick

you can use super glue to glue the handle back together if you’re not going to re-fire it and if you are fire it and then glue it back together
