Never fear motorways. First time I ever did one I was on my own (after passing) M25 🙈 I passed in 2012 so never did a lesson on one. They are easy as long as you’re confident with speed.

I passed nearly a month ago and had a car for just under 2 weeks. Did my first short motorway attempt today. It went well, the slip road is what made me most nervous about doing it

live at least an hour from the nearest motorway, never did a lesson on it, passed in june, been on the motor way multiple times now since and been fine

I so wish it was a stipulation to be able to have a license is learning on the motorways. I did a intense course over a week and then left free to drive with no experience on motorways was 9 years ago

going on a motorway when learning massively helped when learning for 50mph and national speed limit roads for me and changing lanes/overtaking. so helpful for being comfortable at a higher speed 👍

In Ireland you can’t go on the motorway till you pass your test not even on a lesson
