@gainsbydre: How many days I train, and how many sets I do per muscle group 💯 I’ve found that training 5 days per week is the sweet spot where I can get in all the volume I need, without building up the fatigue that comes with training 6x per week. I will sometimes switch to a 6-day split, but can only maintain that level of output for 4-8 weeks at a time max before my body starts screaming at me to rest. For muscles you’re especially trying to develop, you need to be giving them priority in your training split. Make sure you’re programming the most volume for the muscles that you’re trying to prioritize.
