My 401k will never be enough to retire on but if I cash it out and pay off all my debt I will have enough to start aggressively investing and actually create a retirement fund

I was laid off in 2023. I am 59. I will be 59.5 in August. Does this mean I don't have to wait ? I am OK paying ordinary taxes, I just want no 10% penalty. Should I have done that last year?

What would be the best way to pull money from my 401(k) and put it into my ABLE account? I am disabled and trying to make sure I will be Medicaid eligible in case I need caregiving services.

I was told that while I'm still working for the company, I can't take all of my 401k - period. I wanted to move it elsewhere... but I can't have the whole balance AT ALL until I'm 59.5 or I'm no longer with the company. That's some BS. 😡😡😡
