I think what degrades the UV protection will be: water,humidity,sweat,friction.. only if you stay inside AC room all day yes the SPF will last..

Be careful if you are out in the sun a lot. This type of sunscreen can transfer with movement or sweat. Lab muffin beauty has a good vid on it.
