This little table sat covered in plastic wrap for a week and the paint still came off with relative ease using a wire brush and 0000 steel wool. HOW 1. Brush/spray stripper 2. Cover in plastic wrap (this prevents it from drying out). How long you wait depends on the stripper. I actually left this for over a week. 🤦🏼‍♀️ It’s usually only a few hours. 3. Remove plastic wrap and brush with wire brush, removing as much finish as you can: 4. Spray stripper on 0000 steel wool and the furniture, and wipe off residue. Dunk the 0000 in soapy water to wipe up any residue or use a rag. Stripper Recs 1. QCS: my current go-to because it’s safe for people, pets and plants.
