Thanks for that I’ve been taking Rampiril for over a year and my cough started just before Christmas and I still have a cough I put it down to the cold. Really good information thanks for that.

I am on ramipril (5 mg) and it will give me a cough if I get even slightly dehydrated. so if I start coughing I drink a pint of water and it will go.

Totally agree, had a terrible, terrible cough for months, ramipril was changed to valsartan, cough disappeared overnight.

Can you answer any of the questions asking about a chronic cough over a year. with no other medications and have had xrays,bloods that are clear.

I’ve had chesty cough since Nov, x ray and blood all clear, penicillin 8 a day for a week didn’t help, been told it’s acid reflux on Lansoprazole.
