Fry on medium low until shrimp floss are dry.  You can substitute dried shrimp for cooked shrimp. Same steps  Dipping sauce: different fish sauce required different measurements  •1/4 cup sugar  •1/4 cup fish sauce (3 crabs brand) •1 cup water (pre boiled) •2 cloves lightly smashed garlic (optional) •fresh chili (optional) Mix until sugar dissolved.
