I never hard about £100 a door. Always when ask any carpenter they saying £75. And recently paid that price in november. Using same tools.

Paid 2 ‘carpenters’ 2 hang a new door. They cut the new door the wrong way & tried 2 hide it. I noticed straight away. They redid it.

I’m a plumber by trade, mostly bathrooms these days, and I’d happily pay someone else £100 to fit a door in and old frame. People think it’s a drop in place job but it can be a ball ache.
