@eatmycritique: What does a $316 chicken taste like? Good Chicken. The Bresse Chicken from 2 Michelin started Restaurant Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France costs a whopping 290 Euro. It was very cool to see the chicken come out in an inflated pig bladder and it did have a lovely cream sauce and excellent morel mushrooms, but there is no way l'd order this chicken again.
