@cp24breakingnews: Winter weather brought freezing rain and ice accumulations of one tenth to two tenths of an inch to parts of Michigan and Indiana on Sunday, January 21. Nathan Voytovick of Nate’s Dronography captured this mesmerizing drone footage showing the Saint-Joseph North Pier, along with its two lighthouses, entirely coated in ice, and ice pancakes on the water.
