I agree that she fell off the back of the sofa, hit her head and tragically died. Kate and Gerry did not want to call the Police because they had given all of their 3 children sedatives to sleep whilst they dined at the restaurant with their friends. In all the commotion after Madeleine went 'missing' the twins never stirred once!!!!
