I honestly never thought of this. $500 a month payment, $200 a month insurance, $200 a month gas. I could easily make $3000 in rent if I didn’t have those.

Can confirm just moved from NYC to LA. paying 1K less in rent for 1000 more square ft than I was in nyc but I’m back at the same price as nyc w my car

Yes in NYC rent stabilized $1580 1bed I still don’t have my drivers license lol I spend $150 max for my transportation per month
